Digital Communications Paid Internship
Beam Reach Consulting Group seeks a communications and outreach intern to support client stakeholder engagement projects as well as business development-oriented communications projects for the firm.

Position: Digital Communications Internship
Location: Flexible. Reliable internet connectivity required for scheduled virtual meetings.
Desired majors: Communication, English Writing, or similar; digital media studies a plus.
Desired skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; ability to use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign).
Duration: Through May 15, 2019, with extension possibility.

Writing and content development: Perform informal interviews, discussions, and independent research to gather input for communications pieces (e.g. blog posts, presentations, web site content, formal emails). Develop draft communications for a variety of audiences and channels.
Technical editing: Grammar and content editing for technical reports and outreach communications.
Develop engaging and innovative digital communications presentations and web-based content.
Contribute to communications strategies and plans for business development and client culture-change projects.
Administrative support: Some support for administrative processes as requested.
