At Beam Reach we value long-term solutions which benefit our clients and support the stewardship of the environment around us. We must walk the first steps to sustainability in our own backyards. That’s why we support Severn Riverkeeper, a branch of the National Waterkeeper Alliance, an organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the Severn River.
Minimizing Our Impact
According to the EPA, paper and paperboard comprises about 23% of solid waste generated, of which only 68% is recycled, as of 2018. To combat waste in the workplace, Beam Reach consulting Group uses paperless communication whenever possible. Reducing the materials we use saves more resources than recycling alone; the materials to create, transport, and process the paper products never even need to be used.
